40th Wedding Anniversary

Cue cowboy boots, line dancing, and lots of little nods to the 70s, where it all began!

In the golden hills of Santa Ysabel, this exclusive ranch venue set the stage for a milestone celebration honoring four decades of love. Designed and planned by Heather of Amorology, the event transformed Red Cloud Ranch’s barn event space into a scene where western-inspired style met refined elegance—cowboy boots and line dancing alongside long, candlelit tables layered with autumn textures and glowing firelight.

The theme, “40 Years and Still Kickin’,” carried through every detail, blending playful nods to the couple’s 1970s beginnings with the sophistication of a luxury ranch celebration. Golden chamomile blooms, copper accents, and the scent of the fall harvest set the stage for a feast of slow-smoked BBQ and signature cocktails, fueling a night of music, laughter, and connection.

As stories were shared and guests filled the dance floor, this private estate event in Southern California became more than an anniversary. It was a living testament to resilience, partnership, and the timeless beauty of gathering together at this gorgeous space.
